Returns: 18- day return policy for items still in original new condition, with all original attached tags. No returns, refunds after 18 days from shipping date will be given, no exceptions given.

If you would like to return your item, please contact lebaubles for a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) number.

Please email: sales@ lebaubles.com  with your customer ID number, purchase date, email address and name.

We will issue you a refund number. Please use the RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) refund/store credit number when you ship your returned merchandise. Please do not return products without a RMA return number.

Jewelry And Rings that have been altered or sized other than by us are not refundable. Rings that have been sized by us are non-returnable. Ladies stock size rings are six to size seven for ladies rings, and size ten for Men's rings. Ladies rings sized from 7.5 up and Men's rings sized from 10.5 up are non-returnable.  

Custom set jewelry is not returnable, these custom set items are made per order to your finger size for you by the manufacturer, with a manufacturer's non-return policy.. Many STU products can be set with your choice of diamonds or gem stones. Custom set jewelry is non-refundable.
